Commssioning and SAT

Commissioning works are one of main parts of TriEl's activity. Since its inception, commissioning works have been carried out on more than 90 power electric projects from 0,4 kV to 500 kV in Bulgaria, Albania, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Bahrain, Burkina Faso, Gabon, Georgia, UAE, Namibia, Netherlands, Italy and Germany. Commissioning works for a new site include: Tests of the installed equipment - power and instrument transformers, circuit breakers and disconnectors. Measurements related to electrical safety. Configuration and setup of digital relay protections and other intelligent devices. Integration of digital relay protections in a SCADA system. Functional tests of control systems, signaling, interlocking, measuring, before energizing. Functional tests of the same systems when placed under voltage, on-load tests and commissioning of the equipment. Issuance of protocols for the performed tests. Depending on the client's requirements and the organization of the works, the main contractor creates site-specific test procedures and operating instructions for working with the installed equipment. Depending on the particular contract only some of these tests are completed, or complete SAT tests are performed up to energizing the station or switchgear..
